Part of a heritage series of artworks this Tea Coaster depicts the Wazir Khan Mosque minaret and it’s surrounding urban settlement. Located in Lahore the 17th century ornately decorated mosque was commissioned during the reign of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as part of an ensemble of buildings.

Wazir Khan Tea Coaster
An artist by design and architect by profession, my work combines the flavours of both through various mediums while strongly rooted within the cultural heritage of Pakistan.
